Refund policy
All sales are final. Every piece we sell is vintage, antique, or previously owned, and is sold as-is. We photograph and describe the condition of each item thoroughly so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
Damaged During Delivery If your item arrives damaged as a result of delivery, contact us within 48 hours at hello@alcove-sf.com with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that means a partial refund, full refund, or replacement if available.
Accuracy Guarantee If an item is materially different from its listing description (wrong dimensions, undisclosed structural damage, misidentified maker), contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We stand behind the accuracy of our listings.
Not Eligible for Return Items that have been modified, disassembled, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange. Variations in color between your screen and the actual item are inherent to buying online and are not grounds for return. Normal wear consistent with the item's described condition is not grounds for return.
